All services carry our unconditional "Guarantee of Satisfaction." If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the service we have provided, we will make it right or there's "No Charge!"

On Time Deliveries accepts cash, checks, and most major credit cards. We also offer 30 day net pay accounts for regular customers.

Our regular office hours are 8am-5pm EST Monday through Friday however we are available 24/7.

Do you operate in inclement weather?

A.

Yes. There are no additional charges for inclement weather however we reserve the right to refuse deliveries during severe inclement weather for the safety of our drivers and your shipment.

While we can service the entire US, our Corporate Headquarters is in Frederick Maryland. We also have offices in BWI, Dulles, and Hampton VA.
